Preparation
- Remove the pre-made pie crust from its packaging and place it on a flat surface.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the white chocolate pudding mix with 2 cups of cold milk.
- Whisk the mixture until it thickens.
- Transfer the thickened pudding into the prepared pie crust and smooth it with a spatula.
- Add a drop of green food coloring to the pudding if desired.
Chilling
- Refrigerate the pie for at least 2 hours until it is firm.
Serving
- Once chilled, top the pie with whipped cream and scatter fresh berries on top.
- Slice into generous portions and serve chilled.
Notes
