Ingredients
  

For the pizza
  • 1 tube 13.8 ounce tube refrigerated pizza crust
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup thinly sliced dill pickles, patted dry Make sure to pat them dry to avoid sogginess.
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped Optional, for garnish.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Lightly grease a pizza pan or baking sheet.
  2. Unroll the pizza crust onto the prepared pan.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the ranch dressing and minced garlic. Spread this mixture evenly over the pizza crust, leaving a small border for the crust.
  4. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the ranch sauce.
  5. Arrange the dried pickle slices evenly over the cheese.
Cooking
  1. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly and melted.
  2. Remove the pizza from the oven. If using, sprinkle with fresh chopped dill.
  3. Slice and serve hot.

Notes

Leftovers keep best chilled in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat in a 375°F oven for 8-10 minutes or in a skillet over medium-low heat. Avoid microwaving if you want to maintain texture.
