Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch pan.
- In a large bowl, mix the melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Add in the eggs and vanilla extract, stirring until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the M&M candies.
- Spread the batter evenly in the prepared pan.
Baking
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are light golden brown.
- Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
Notes
Best served at room temperature. Can be paired with milk or vanilla ice cream. Store in an airtight container; lasts up to a week at room temperature or two weeks in the refrigerator.
