Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.
- In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Gradually mix the flour mixture into the butter mixture until combined.
- Press cookie dough into the bottom of each muffin cup.
Making the Filling
- In a separate bowl, beat together cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and egg until smooth.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the cookie bases in the muffin tin.
Baking
- Bake for 15 to 18 minutes, until edges are golden and centers are set.
- Remove from the oven and let cool.
Serving
- Sprinkle with holiday-themed sprinkles before serving.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to four days. Can be frozen for up to three months.
