Mixing
- Whisk together eggs and sugar until pale and slightly thick.
- Add vanilla extract, orange zest, and orange juice to the egg mixture and blend well.
- Combine the melted chocolate with the egg mixture, stirring until fully mixed.
- Sift in cocoa powder and salt, mixing until incorporated.
Baking
- Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan, smoothing the top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the center is set yet tender.
- Allow the cake to cool completely in the pan before slicing.

- Serve with fresh whipped cream or vanilla ice cream, paired with coffee or tea.
