Ingredients
  

For the Roll Ups
  • 0.5 pounds Thinly Sliced Roast Beef Use thinly sliced roast beef for easier rolling.
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella or Provolone Mozzarella or provolone melts beautifully.
  • 4 large Flour Tortillas Standard size, ensure they are fresh.
  • 4 tablespoons Melted Butter For brushing the tortillas.
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Dried Parsley
For the Au Jus
  • 2 cups Beef Broth Use quality broth for better flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Onion Powder

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Place the tortillas flat on a clean surface; distribute the roast beef and shredded cheese evenly on each tortilla, leaving about a 1-inch edge.
  4. Carefully roll each tortilla from the bottom up, folding the sides in to securely lock in the fillings.
  5. Brush the rolled tortillas with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, and dried parsley.
  6. Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
Baking
  1. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until golden-brown and cheese is melted.
Making the Au Jus
  1. In a saucepan, combine beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and seasonings; simmer for 5 to 7 minutes.
Serving
  1. Allow roll-ups to cool slightly, then slice into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Serve warm with the au jus for dipping.

Notes

For a festive twist, serve with pickled jalapeƱos, quick-pickled red onions, or horseradish mayo.
