Preparation
- Add the lemon juice and sugar to a 7 to 8 cup blender. Blend at low speed on either the milkshake or smoothie setting for 30 to 45 seconds.
- Keep the mixer at low speed and drizzle in the cold water. Blend for 10 to 15 seconds.
- Add the 6 cups of ice cream to the lemonade. Secure the lid and pulse on low until the ice cream and lemonade are well blended.
- Pour into 14-ounce glasses and serve immediately. For an extra chill, place freezer-safe serving glasses in the freezer for 5 to 10 minutes before filling.
Notes
Garnish with lemon slices or mint leaves for added color and flavor. Pairs beautifully with light summer meals and sweet treats.
