Preparation
- In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, and honey until smooth.
- Melt the dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring frequently.
- Line a mini muffin tin with muffin liners.
- Scoop the yogurt mixture into each liner, filling them halfway.
- Drizzle the melted chocolate on top of each yogurt bite.
- Sprinkle chopped nuts on top if desired.
Freezing
- Place the muffin tin in the freezer for at least 2 hours until solid.
- Once frozen, gently remove the bites from the tin and serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer.
Notes
These treats can be stored in the freezer for up to a month. Experiment with toppings like coconut flakes or sea salt for added flavor.
