Preparation
- In a mixing bowl, prepare the chocolate pudding according to package instructions using whole milk.
- In another bowl, mix the cream cheese, marshmallow creme, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
Layering
- Lay half of the graham crackers down on the bottom of a dish.
- Spread half of the chocolate pudding over the graham crackers.
- Spoon half of the marshmallow mixture over the pudding.
- Spread half of the Cool Whip on top.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining graham crackers, chocolate pudding, marshmallow mixture, and Cool Whip.
Freezing
- Cover and freeze for at least 4 hours or until set.
Serving
- Cut into squares and serve frozen.
Notes
For storage, keep covered and frozen in an airtight container for up to one week. For best texture, press plastic wrap directly onto the Cool Whip surface before sealing the lid.
