Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- Peel and slice the bananas, apple, and pear, then place them in a bowl.
- If using frozen red berries, drain them.
- Grease a gratin dish with butter.
Assembly
- Arrange the fruits aesthetically in the greased gratin dish.
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with the cream and vanilla sugar. Add honey if desired.
- Pour the egg mixture over the fruits.
- Sprinkle with grated almonds or coconut if using.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream. Store leftovers in the fridge for 2-3 days.
