  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined with tails on Utilize fresh, high-quality shrimp for best results.
  • 3 tbsp butter, melted Can substitute with olive oil or coconut oil.
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Cajun seasoning Adjust to taste for more spice.
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley For garnish.
  • 1 Lemon wedges for serving
  • 1 Creamy garlic dipping sauce on the side

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, toss the shrimp with the melted butter, minced garlic, olive oil, paprika, Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper, ensuring each morsel is well-coated.
  2. Allow the shrimp to sit for 10 minutes to absorb the flavors.
Cooking
  1. Heat the grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Grill or sear the shrimp for 2–3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and are cooked through.
Serving
  1. Sprinkle the shrimp with fresh parsley and adjust seasoning as desired before serving.
  2. Serve on a vibrant platter with lemon wedges and creamy garlic dipping sauce on the side.

Notes
