Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

- In another bowl, whisk together the beaten egg, champagne, sour cream, orange juice, orange extract (if using), oil, and orange zest.

Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 50 to 55 minutes, until golden and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.
Making the Glaze
- In a bowl, mix powdered sugar, orange juice, and champagne together until smooth.
- Drizzle the glaze over the cooled bread and decorate with orange zest.
