Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 1 package rectangular cookies
  • 1 package flan mix
  • 0.5 liter milk Save a small glass for dissolving the flan mix.
  • 4 ounces Nestle dessert chocolate Use good-quality chocolate for better flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon butter For greasing the pan and combining with chocolate.
  • 5 tablespoons white sugar

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Prepare the flan according to package instructions. Set aside a small glass of the half liter of milk and dissolve the flan mix in it.
  2. Boil the rest of the milk with the sugar.
  3. Line a cake pan with aluminum foil or grease it with melted butter to ensure easy unmolding.
  4. Dip the cookies in milk briefly and place them on the bottom of the pan to form a layer.
  5. Spread a layer of the flan cream over the cookies.
  6. Add another layer of cookies on top of the flan cream.
Chocolate Layer
  1. Melt the Nestle dessert chocolate in a saucepan with a little melted butter over low heat until glossy.
  2. Let the chocolate cool slightly before spreading it over the cookie layer.
Assembly
  1. Repeat layering with cookies, flan, and chocolate as desired.
  2. Place the assembled cake in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

Chill thoroughly for the best texture. Serve cold with cocoa dusting or chocolate curls.
