Ingredients
  

Fruits
  • 3.5 cups seedless red grapes
  • 3.5 cups seedless green grapes
For the dressing
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1.25 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 0.5 cup brown sugar, lightly packed
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
Toppings
  • 1.25 cups walnuts, chopped and divided
  • 0.25 cup light brown sugar

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Place the red and green grapes into a strainer and wash thoroughly. Pat the grapes dry.
  2. In a large bowl, stir together the cream cheese, Greek yogurt, brown sugar, and lemon juice until combined.
  3. Add the grapes and mix until coated.
  4. Fold in 1 cup of chopped walnuts.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Serving
  1. Top with the remaining walnuts and light brown sugar before serving.

Notes

To keep the grape salad fresh, store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Best enjoyed within a few days. For an added zest, consider mixing in chopped mint. Variations with different fruits like apples or strawberries can add seasonal twists.
