Ingredients
  

For the hot chocolate bombs
  • 12 oz green candy melts
  • 3/4 cup white hot chocolate mix
  • 6 Tbsp crushed candy cane
  • 6 Tbsp mini marshmallows
  • 3 tsp heart sprinkles
  • 1/2 cup white candy melts
  • to taste additional sprinkles and candy canes for decoration

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the green candy melts in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  2. Spoon the melted green candy into a silicone mold, ensuring each side is coated.
  3. Place the mold in the freezer for about 10 minutes until firm.
  4. Gently remove the hardened green cups from the mold.
  5. Fill half of the green cups with the white hot chocolate mix, crushed candy canes, and mini marshmallows.
  6. Melt the white candy melts and seal each bomb with another green cup, pressing to bond.
  7. Drizzle the remaining white candy melts over the bombs and decorate with heart sprinkles and crushed candy canes.
  8. Allow the bombs to set completely before serving.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place for up to two weeks. Allow melted candy melts to cool slightly before pouring into molds to prevent warping.
