Preparation

- Add the apple cider vinegar, vanilla extract, and applesauce to the dry ingredients.
- Pour the water over the mixture and mix until a smooth batter forms.
- Transfer the batter to the prepared pan, smoothing the top.
Baking
- Bake the cake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a skewer comes out clean.
- Let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Serving
- Slice the cake and serve with fresh berries or coconut whipped cream, if desired.
