Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, sliced jalapenos, and garlic powder until smooth.
- Roll out the thawed puff pastry to about 1/4 inch thick and cut into 2-inch wide strips.
Assembly
- Spoon the filling onto one half of each strip, fold over, and twist to seal.
- Brush the tops of the pastry strips with egg wash.
Baking
- Place twists in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
Serve warm with ranch or sriracha mayo. Cool completely for storage in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To revive, bake in a 350°F oven for 5–7 minutes.
