Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- Melt the butter and mix it with the kadayıf noodles until well coated.
- In a bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Arrange the buttered kadayıf noodles in a mold and pour the milk mixture over them.
- Sprinkle the chopped walnuts on top.
Baking
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until the top is golden.
- Allow to cool before serving.
Notes
This dessert can be served warm or cold and is best presented on shallow plates. A drizzle of sugar syrup or a sprinkle of finely chopped walnuts enhances presentation.
