  • 250 grams kadayıf noodles
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 liter milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 100 grams butter melted
  • 100 grams chopped walnuts for topping

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. Melt the butter and mix it with the kadayıf noodles until well coated.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Arrange the buttered kadayıf noodles in a mold and pour the milk mixture over them.
  5. Sprinkle the chopped walnuts on top.
Baking
  1. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until the top is golden.
  2. Allow to cool before serving.

Notes

This dessert can be served warm or cold and is best presented on shallow plates. A drizzle of sugar syrup or a sprinkle of finely chopped walnuts enhances presentation.
