- Cream together the cream cheese, sugar, lime juice, lime zest, vanilla bean powder, and salt using a stand-up mixer for 1-2 minutes.
- Taste and see if it needs more sugar or more lime juice.
- Add the whipping cream and mix on medium speed until fully incorporated.
- Serve immediately or chill before serving.
Serving
- Spoon the dip into a bowl and arrange assorted dippers around it.
Notes
Keep any leftovers covered in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Stir before serving again; add a spoonful of cream if it firms up.
