Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Lightly spray an 8x8-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a small bowl, combine crushed cookies and melted butter, then press into the bottom of the pan.
- Bake for 10 minutes and allow to cool completely.
Assembly
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the chocolate pudding mix and cold milk until thickened. Spread over the cooled crust.
- Chill in the refrigerator to let the flavors mingle.
- Beat the cream cheese until smooth, then add the creamy peanut butter and powdered sugar until fully combined. Spread over the chocolate layer.
- Top with Cool Whip, sprinkle with milk chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, and reserved crushed cookies.
- Chill for at least 2 hours, then cut into squares and serve.
Notes
For an added flavor boost, consider adding a dash of espresso powder to the chocolate pudding layer. For a creative garnish, drizzle melted chocolate on top before serving.
