- Begin by softening the cream cheese.

- Add cornstarch and mix well.
- Gradually add eggs and egg yolk, incorporating each one fully before adding the next.
- Mix in the heavy cream.
- Preheat your oven to 428 degrees F (220 degrees C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- Pour the cheesecake batter into the pan and bake for about 28 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool at room temperature, then refrigerate overnight.
- Slice and serve.
Notes
