  • 1/3 cup powdered sweetener (erythritol, monk fruit, or allulose) Powdered forms dissolve better than granular.
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract For additional flavor.

Preparation
  1. Beat the cream cheese, peanut butter, butter, and sweetener together until smooth.
  2. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  3. Spread the mixture into a parchment-lined 8x8-inch dish.
Chilling
