Ingredients
  

Fudge Base
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour Microwave for 1 minute to eliminate bacteria.
  • 1/2 cup salted sweet cream butter Softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cup light brown sugar Packed
  • 2 tablespoons half-and-half
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
Candy Mix-ins
  • 1 cup plain M and Ms Divided into 1 cup for mixing and 1/2 cup for topping.
  • 1/2 cup plain mini M and Ms Divided into 1/2 cup for mixing and 1/2 cup for freezing.
  • 1.5 cups good quality white baking chips

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper and spritz with nonstick spray.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the flour for 1 minute and let it cool completely, then sift it.
  3. Place 1 cup of plain M&Ms and 1/2 cup of mini M&Ms in Ziploc bags and freeze.
Mixing Fudge Base
  1. In a medium mixing bowl, beat together butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, half-and-half, vanilla extract, and salt until fluffy (about 1.5 to 2 minutes).
  2. Reduce mixer speed to low and fold in the sifted flour.
Melting Chocolate
  1. Melt the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a heat-safe bowl in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
Combine and Set
  1. Stir the frozen M&Ms into the fudge mix using a wooden spoon.
  2. Pour the melted chocolate mixture into the cookie dough mix and stir to combine.
  3. Spoon the mixture into the lined baking dish, scatter the remaining M&Ms on top, and press gently.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight until set, then slice into 25 squares.

Notes

Serve chilled, optionally with vanilla ice cream. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
