Preparation
- Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper and spritz with nonstick spray.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the flour for 1 minute and let it cool completely, then sift it.
- Place 1 cup of plain M&Ms and 1/2 cup of mini M&Ms in Ziploc bags and freeze.
Mixing Fudge Base
- In a medium mixing bowl, beat together butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, half-and-half, vanilla extract, and salt until fluffy (about 1.5 to 2 minutes).
- Reduce mixer speed to low and fold in the sifted flour.
Melting Chocolate
- Melt the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a heat-safe bowl in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
Combine and Set
- Stir the frozen M&Ms into the fudge mix using a wooden spoon.
- Pour the melted chocolate mixture into the cookie dough mix and stir to combine.
- Spoon the mixture into the lined baking dish, scatter the remaining M&Ms on top, and press gently.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight until set, then slice into 25 squares.
Notes
Serve chilled, optionally with vanilla ice cream. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
