Main Ingredients
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream Well-chilled for best results
  • 1 ounce packet double chocolate hot cocoa mix Can be substituted with other flavors
  • 16 sheets honey graham crackers Crumble some for topping
  • 1/3 cup French vanilla creamer Can be substituted with flavored creamers
  • 1/2 cup sliced fresh strawberries Other fruits can also be used for variety

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Whisk together the heavy whipping cream and cocoa mix in a large bowl until smooth.
  2. Beat the mixture with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.
  3. Break the graham cracker sheets in half and crush 8 of them.
  4. Spread 1/3 cup of the whipped chocolate cream onto a platter.
  5. Dip each cracker square into the French vanilla creamer, then spread whipped cream on one side of each cracker.
  6. Stand the cracker squares upright on the platter to form a log shape, pressing them together.
Assembly and Serving
  1. Frost the top and sides of the log with the remaining whipped cream.
  2. Cover loosely and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  3. Before serving, dust with crushed crackers and sprinkle fresh strawberry slices on top.
  4. Slice diagonally to reveal the layers.

Notes

Store in the refrigerator for up to three days. Keep covered to maintain freshness. Experiment with different flavors of hot cocoa mix and flavored creamers.
