Ingredients
  

Main ingredients
  • 1 kilo ripe mangoes Fresh and ripe for best flavor.
  • 2 cups all-purpose cream, chilled overnight Chill overnight for stability.
  • 1 can condensed milk, chilled overnight Chill overnight for best results.
  • 1 pack graham crackers These will form the layers.
  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk, to dip the crackers For softening the graham crackers.
  • 1 teaspoon mango flavor, optional Enhances the mango flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Chill all-purpose cream and condensed milk in the fridge overnight.
  2. Slice the mangoes delicately, preparing a suitable container for layering.
Mixing
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine chilled all-purpose cream and condensed milk until smooth using a hand mixer or whisk.
Layering
  1. Dip each graham cracker briefly in evaporated milk and layer them in the container.
  2. Spread a layer of the cream mixture and add sliced mangoes on top.
  3. Repeat the layering process until all ingredients are used, finishing with mango slices or crushed grahams on top.
Setting
  1. Place the float in the freezer until set, then transfer to the chiller a few hours before serving.

Notes

Serve chilled and pair with coffee or tea. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the freezer.
