Preparation
- Chill all-purpose cream and condensed milk in the fridge overnight.
- Slice the mangoes delicately, preparing a suitable container for layering.
Mixing
- In a mixing bowl, combine chilled all-purpose cream and condensed milk until smooth using a hand mixer or whisk.
Layering
- Dip each graham cracker briefly in evaporated milk and layer them in the container.
- Spread a layer of the cream mixture and add sliced mangoes on top.
- Repeat the layering process until all ingredients are used, finishing with mango slices or crushed grahams on top.
Setting
- Place the float in the freezer until set, then transfer to the chiller a few hours before serving.
Notes
Serve chilled and pair with coffee or tea. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the freezer.
