Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 250 g Oreo cookies For the base
  • 90 g melted butter To bind the crust
Filling
  • 500 g cream cheese At room temperature
  • 250 ml 36% cream For a rich texture
  • 120 g powdered sugar For sweetness
  • 200 g mango puree Fresh or store-bought
  • 10 g gelatin To help set the cheesecake
  • 50 ml water To dissolve gelatin
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla For flavor enhancement
Decorations
  • Oreo cookies for decoration To garnish the cheesecake
  • Whipped cream for decoration For topping
  • Crushed Oreo for decoration To sprinkle on top
  • Fresh mango or additional mango puree for decoration For an attractive finish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Blend the Oreos with melted butter until you achieve a sandy texture.
  2. Press the mixture firmly into your mold to create the crust.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whip together the cream cheese, 36% cream, powdered sugar, and mango puree until fluffy.
  4. Dissolve the gelatin in water and mix it into the mango cream mixture.
  5. Sprinkle crushed Oreos at the bottom of the crust and drizzle a thin layer of mango puree over them.
  6. Pour the mango cream mixture over the crust, smoothing it out.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
Decoration
  1. Top with whipped cream, crushed Oreos, and fresh mango or a drizzle of mango puree.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. You can freeze slices, wrapped well to avoid freezer burn.
