Preparation
- Blend the Oreos with melted butter until you achieve a sandy texture.
- Press the mixture firmly into your mold to create the crust.
- In a mixing bowl, whip together the cream cheese, 36% cream, powdered sugar, and mango puree until fluffy.
- Dissolve the gelatin in water and mix it into the mango cream mixture.
- Sprinkle crushed Oreos at the bottom of the crust and drizzle a thin layer of mango puree over them.
- Pour the mango cream mixture over the crust, smoothing it out.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
Decoration
- Top with whipped cream, crushed Oreos, and fresh mango or a drizzle of mango puree.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. You can freeze slices, wrapped well to avoid freezer burn.
