Batter Preparation

Cooking the Crepes
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter.
- Pour about 1/4 cup of batter into the skillet, swirling it to coat the bottom evenly.
- Cook for 1-2 minutes until the edges start to lift, then flip and cook for another minute.
- Repeat with the remaining batter, setting each crepe aside on a plate.
Filling the Crepes
- Mix the mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Spread the mascarpone filling on one side of each crepe, folding them over.
Serving
- Arrange the crepes on a serving platter, top with fresh berries, and drizzle with maple syrup if desired.
