Ingredients
  

For the Jell-O Layers
  • 1 box Strawberry Jell-O gelatin (red)
  • 1 box Berry Blue Jell-O gelatin (blue)
For the Whipped Layer and Toppings
  • 1 tub Cool Whip, thawed
  • 1 carton Driscoll’s strawberries Sliced for topping
  • 1 carton Driscoll’s blueberries For topping
  • 8 cups Clear plastic party cups

Preparation
  1. Make the Berry Blue Jell-O according to the package instructions. Pour evenly into clear plastic cups, filling each about one-third full.
  2. Refrigerate the cups for about 1–2 hours, or until the blue gelatin is completely set.
  3. Spoon or pipe a layer of Cool Whip over the blue gelatin layer.
  4. Make the Strawberry Jell-O according to package directions. Allow it to cool slightly before carefully pouring it over the Cool Whip layer.
  5. Return the cups to the refrigerator and chill until the red layer is firm, about 1–2 hours.
  6. Top each cup with extra Cool Whip, sliced strawberries, and fresh blueberries for decoration.
  7. Serve chilled and enjoy your festive treat!

Notes

For best results, chill each layer until completely set before adding the next to ensure vibrant colors. Consider using gel food coloring to enhance colors if needed. Variations include trying different fruit combinations or yogurt instead of Cool Whip for a healthier option.
