  • 1 piece frozen banana Use ripe bananas for optimal sweetness.
  • 1 cup frozen cauliflower Adds creaminess and neutral flavor.
  • 1 handful fresh mint leaves Bruise the leaves slightly to release oils.
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder Your favorite brand works best.
  • 1 scoop Copina Co. Vanilla Beauty Plant-Based Collagen Boost Creamer Use any similar collagen booster if unavailable.
  • 1 tsp spirulina powder Start with a smaller amount if sensitive.
  • 1 tbsp cacao nibs For chocolatey crunch.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Place all ingredients into a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and vibrantly green.
  3. Taste and adjust flavors as needed.
  4. Top with extra mint, cacao nibs, plant yogurt, and chia seeds.
Serving
  1. Pour into a chilled glass or wide mason jar.
  2. Add a dollop of plant yogurt, sprinkle with cacao nibs and chia seeds.
  3. Garnish with a sprig of mint.

Notes

Best tasted fresh, but can be stored in an airtight jar for up to 24 hours. For longer storage, freeze in portions for up to one month.
