Ingredients
  

Base Ingredients
  • 200 g Arnotts Mint Slice biscuits Crushed into fine powder
  • 125 ml sweetened condensed milk To bind the mixture
  • 35 g cocoa powder For added chocolate flavor
Coating Ingredients
  • 290 g dark choc melts For coating the mint balls
  • 1 block Aero peppermint block Sliced, for decoration

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Place the biscuits in a food processor and crush until finely powdered.
  2. Add the sweetened condensed milk and cocoa powder. Blend until the mixture forms a silky ball.
  3. Transfer to a bowl, cover, and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
Rolling
  1. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Roll two teaspoonfuls of the chocolate mixture into balls and place them on the tray.
  3. Refrigerate for another 10 minutes.
Coating
  1. Use a microwave-safe bowl to melt dark choc melts, microwaving on medium and stirring every minute until smooth.
  2. Dip each chilled ball into the melted chocolate and return to the tray.
  3. Adorn with slices of Aero peppermint block and let set for 5 minutes.

Notes

For added texture, consider folding in crushed nuts. You can prepare the mixture in advance and let it rest overnight for deeper flavor integration.
