Preparation
- Place the biscuits in a food processor and crush until finely powdered.
- Add the sweetened condensed milk and cocoa powder. Blend until the mixture forms a silky ball.
- Transfer to a bowl, cover, and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
Rolling
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Roll two teaspoonfuls of the chocolate mixture into balls and place them on the tray.
- Refrigerate for another 10 minutes.
Coating
- Use a microwave-safe bowl to melt dark choc melts, microwaving on medium and stirring every minute until smooth.
- Dip each chilled ball into the melted chocolate and return to the tray.
- Adorn with slices of Aero peppermint block and let set for 5 minutes.
Notes
For added texture, consider folding in crushed nuts. You can prepare the mixture in advance and let it rest overnight for deeper flavor integration.
