Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your donut pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine mochiko flour, sugar, baking powder, and a pinch of salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, and melted butter until smooth.
  4. Gently combine the wet and dry ingredients, being careful not to overmix.
  5. Fill each cavity of the donut pan halfway with the batter.
Baking
  1. Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  2. Allow the donuts to cool before glazing or dusting.
