  • 1.5 cups cold milk
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1 cup crushed pink circus animal cookies

For the topping
  • 1/2 cup pink candy melts
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Combine the crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl until evenly mixed.
  2. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a pie dish or springform pan and chill in the refrigerator.
Filling

Chilling
  1. Allow the cheesecake to rest in the refrigerator for at least four hours or until firm.
