- In a large bowl, add the rice cereal and set aside.

- Once smooth, stir in the vanilla extract and then pour the mixture over the rice cereal. Mix until cereal is fully coated.
- Press the mixture into a lined baking dish firmly.
- Refrigerate for about an hour until set.
- Cut into bars and serve.
