  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 box (3 oz) peach Jello
  • 12 oz peach yogurt
  • 8 oz Cool Whip
  • 1 cup fresh peaches, peeled and diced
  • 1 pre-made graham cracker crust
  • to taste Extra peach slices, for topping

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Whisk together the water and peach Jello until fully dissolved.
  2. Warm the mixture in the microwave for one minute, stirring until the powder dissolves.
  3. Add peach yogurt and Cool Whip; blend until smooth.
  4. Fold in the diced peaches.
  5. Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust and refrigerate for at least one hour, or overnight.
Serving
  1. Before serving, top the pie with additional peach slices.
  2. Serve chilled, optionally garnish with mint or crushed graham crackers.

Notes

For best flavor, choose ripe peaches. Consider adding a hint of vanilla extract to enhance the flavor. Leftovers should be stored in the refrigerator for up to three days.
