Preparation
- Whisk together the water and peach Jello until fully dissolved.
- Warm the mixture in the microwave for one minute, stirring until the powder dissolves.
- Add peach yogurt and Cool Whip; blend until smooth.
- Fold in the diced peaches.
- Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust and refrigerate for at least one hour, or overnight.
Serving
- Before serving, top the pie with additional peach slices.
- Serve chilled, optionally garnish with mint or crushed graham crackers.
Notes
