  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 box (3 oz) peach Jello
  • 12 oz peach yogurt
  • 8 oz Cool Whip
  • 1 cup fresh peaches, peeled and diced
For the crust
  • 1 whole graham cracker crust
For the topping
  • extra slices peach slices For garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Whisk together the water and peach Jello in a bowl, then microwave for one minute, stirring until dissolved.
  2. In a separate mixing bowl, combine the peach yogurt and Jello, then gently fold in the Cool Whip until smooth.
  3. Fold in the freshly diced peaches.
Assembly
  1. Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust and let it refrigerate for at least one hour.
  2. For best results, refrigerate overnight.
Serving
  1. Crown the pie with extra peach slices just before serving.
