Ingredients
  

Sorbet Base
  • 4 cups frozen blueberries Use straight from the bag.
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice Adjust to taste.
  • Zest of 1/2 lemon lemon zest Adds flavor and aroma.
  • 3 tbsp honey Can substitute agave or maple syrup for a vegan option.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Add all of the ingredients (frozen blueberries, water, lemon juice, lemon zest, and honey) into a food processor.
  2. Blend for about 30 seconds or until the mixture is completely smooth.
  3. Transfer the sorbet mixture into a loaf pan or a deep glass Tupperware, spreading it evenly for quicker freezing.
  4. Cover and place in the freezer for at least one hour to achieve the perfect sorbet consistency.
Serving
  1. Use an ice cream scoop to serve the sorbet into bowls.
  2. Garnish with additional blueberries, a sprinkle of lemon zest, and fresh mint leaves.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the coldest part of the freezer and press plastic wrap directly onto the surface before sealing to prevent ice crystals. Best consumed within the first 3–5 days.
