Method
 

Preparation of the Crust
  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter in a bowl until well mixed.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie dish and refrigerate to set.
Making the Filling
  1. In a separate bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, fresh orange juice, and orange zest until smooth.
  2. In a clean bowl, whip cold heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  3. Fold the whipped cream into the orange mixture gently to maintain its volume.
Assembling the Pie
  1. Pour the creamy filling into the chilled crust.
  2. Cover and freeze for at least 6 hours.
Serving the Pie
  1. Let the pie sit at room temperature for a few minutes before cutting.
  2. Garnish with whipped cream, orange slices, and zest before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in the freezer covered for up to a week. Let sit out a few minutes before serving for the best texture. You can use a store-bought crust for convenience.
