  • 1 package (14.3 oz) Oreo cookies
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
For Coating and Decoration
  • 12 oz white chocolate or candy melts For the outer coating
  • 1/2 cup pink candy melts For bunny decorations
  • 1/2 cup black candy melts For bunny facial details
  • Mini count marshmallows For bunny ears

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and combine with softened cream cheese in a mixing bowl until a dough-like consistency forms.
  2. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Coating and Decorating
  1. Melt the white chocolate or candy melts and dip each ball, then place them on parchment paper to set.
  2. Create bunny ears with mini marshmallows and pink sugar sprinkles. Use melted candy melts to create facial features and an edible food marker for eyes.
Serving
  1. Arrange the bunnies on a shallow platter lined with pastel paper or parchment. Let them rest at cool room temperature for 10–15 minutes before serving.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. For longer storage, freeze unfrosted balls for up to one month and dip from frozen.
