- In another bowl, beat the heavy cream and peppermint extract together until soft peaks form.
- Gently fold 1.5 cups of whipped cream into the pudding mixture to keep it airy.
- Pour the mixture into shot glasses, filling them about three-quarters full.
Setting
- Refrigerate the shot glasses for about 30 to 60 minutes until set.
Serving
- Top each pudding shot with reserved whipped cream and sprinkle with sprinkles and peppermint bark if desired.
