  1. Gather a mixing bowl, and add the Greek yogurt, pineapple chunks, and honey or agave syrup.
  2. Mix these ingredients until they blend together into a smooth and creamy mixture.
  3. If you have an ice cream maker, pour the mixture in and churn it according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  4. If not, transfer the mixture into a container and place it in the freezer for at least 4-5 hours, stirring every 30 minutes until it reaches the creamy consistency.
  5. Scoop into bowls or cones and top with toasted coconut or additional honey if desired.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a week. For extra creaminess, fold in whipped cream before freezing. You can also use different fruits like peaches or strawberries for variations.
