- Gather a mixing bowl, and add the Greek yogurt, pineapple chunks, and honey or agave syrup.
- Mix these ingredients until they blend together into a smooth and creamy mixture.
- If you have an ice cream maker, pour the mixture in and churn it according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- If not, transfer the mixture into a container and place it in the freezer for at least 4-5 hours, stirring every 30 minutes until it reaches the creamy consistency.
- Scoop into bowls or cones and top with toasted coconut or additional honey if desired.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a week. For extra creaminess, fold in whipped cream before freezing. You can also use different fruits like peaches or strawberries for variations.
