Preparation
- In a 12-ounce, microwave-safe mug, add the all-purpose flour, salt, baking soda, and baking powder. Stir to combine.
- Add the water and olive oil, whisk until no dry pockets of flour remain. Smooth the dough into an even layer.
Topping and Cooking
- Top the dough with pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, and dried Italian seasoning.
- Microwave on high for 1 minute 15 seconds.
- Remove from microwave, add mini pepperoni slices, and microwave again for an additional 15 seconds.
- Allow to cool before eating.
Notes
Let it rest a minute so the cheese sets and the steam settles. Serve right in the mug with a napkin tucked under. If reheating, microwave on medium for 30–45 seconds until warmed through.
