Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until blended, then press into the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish to create a crust.
- Bake the crust for about 10 minutes and let it cool completely.
Cream cheese layer
- In another bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Fold in one cup of whipped topping and spread the mixture over the cooled crust.
Pumpkin layer
- In a separate bowl, mix the pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and milk until well combined.
- Spread the pumpkin mixture evenly over the cream cheese layer.
- Dollop the remaining whipped topping over the pumpkin layer.
Chilling
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
Serve chilled. Can be topped with a sprinkle of cinnamon or chopped pecans. Store covered in the fridge for 3 to 4 days.
