Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the biscuit mix, sugar, and cinnamon together.
- Add the milk and melted butter to the dry ingredients. Stir until combined.
- Gently fold in the chopped apples.
- On a floured surface, roll out the dough to about 1/2 inch thick.
- Cut the dough into squares or rectangles.
- Place the pieces on a greased baking sheet.
Baking
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- If desired, drizzle with glaze while they are still warm.
