Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the salted sweet cream butter, light brown sugar, pure vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon. Cream together until smooth.
- Fold in the peanut butter Ritz bits gently until they are coated.
- Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the coated Ritz bits spaced apart.
- In another bowl, mix granulated sugar with 3/4 tsp ground cinnamon.
- Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the Ritz bites.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Best served warm. Store completely cooled bites in an airtight container at room temperature for up to three days.
