- Lay out half of the Ritz crackers on a flat surface.
- Spread a thick, even layer of peanut butter on each cracker and gently press another cracker on top.
Caramel Layer
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the soft caramels and heavy cream. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Spoon melted caramel over each sandwich and refrigerate for 10-15 minutes.
Chocolate Coating
- Melt chocolate chips in another bowl in 30-second intervals until smooth.
- Dip each chilled cluster into the melted chocolate and sprinkle with chopped roasted peanuts while the chocolate is still wet.
Final Setting
- Refrigerate the clusters for 20-30 minutes until chocolate is set.
- Peel off and serve these delightful bites!
Notes
