Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Spread pistachios, almonds, and macadamias on a baking sheet and toast for 10 minutes.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the sweetened condensed milk for 2.5 minutes.
Making the Fudge
- Once the milk is warm, add chocolate melts and let sit for 5 minutes before stirring until combined.
- Fold in jube lollies, marshmallows, and half of the toasted nuts into the chocolate mixture.
Setting the Fudge
- Pour the mixture into a lined slice tin, spread evenly, and sprinkle remaining nuts on top.
- Cover and chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
- Melt white chocolate and drizzle over the set fudge before cutting into pieces.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two weeks. Can be gifted in decorative jars.
