Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, mix the vegan butter and sugar until creamy.
- Add the cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, and salt, and mix until just combined.
- Slowly stir in the non-dairy milk and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let brownies cool completely, then cut into squares.
Assembly
- Top each brownie square with whipped coconut cream and a piece of red fruit to create Santa's hat.
