Ingredients
  

Base
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
Filling
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Topping
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup sprinkles (optional) Use for decoration

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar until well combined.
  2. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a greased 9×9 inch baking dish.
  3. In another bowl, beat together softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, softened butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Spread the cream cheese layer evenly over the graham cracker base.
  5. Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring in increments of 30 seconds until smooth.
  6. Pour the melted white chocolate over the cream cheese layer and spread evenly.
  7. Top with sprinkles if desired.
Setting
  1. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set before cutting into bars.

Notes

Store leftovers in the fridge, tightly wrapped or in an airtight container for up to a week. Consider adding crushed nuts or toffee bits for a crunchy twist.
