Preparation
- In a large bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar until well combined.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a greased 9×9 inch baking dish.
- In another bowl, beat together softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, softened butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese layer evenly over the graham cracker base.
- Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring in increments of 30 seconds until smooth.
- Pour the melted white chocolate over the cream cheese layer and spread evenly.
- Top with sprinkles if desired.
Setting
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set before cutting into bars.
Notes
Store leftovers in the fridge, tightly wrapped or in an airtight container for up to a week. Consider adding crushed nuts or toffee bits for a crunchy twist.
