  • 4 ounces Smoked salmon Sliced thinly
  • 8 ounces Cream cheese Softened
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh dill, chopped To taste, can use more
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice Freshly squeezed
  • 1 cup Cocktail sauce For serving
  • 1 cup Cucumber, sliced For serving
  • 1 packet Bread or crackers Your choice for serving

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, fresh dill, and lemon juice.
  2. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  3. Grab cucumber slices or crackers and spread the cream cheese mixture over them.
  4. Top each with shrimp or crab meat.
  5. Arrange the smoked salmon on top as a finishing touch.
Serving
  1. Serve the appetizers on a rustic platter with cocktail sauce on the side.
  2. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
