Ingredients
  

Dough and Filling
  • 1 can refrigerated flaky biscuits (8 count)
  • 3/4 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 3/4 cup lump crab meat
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp butter, melted (for brushing)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Flatten each biscuit slightly on a baking sheet.
  2. In a bowl, combine shrimp, crab, mozzarella, cream cheese, Old Bay, and parsley.
  3. Spoon filling onto half the biscuits, then top with the remaining ones. Pinch edges to seal and press lightly.
  4. Brush tops with melted butter.
Baking
  1. Bake for 13–15 minutes or until golden brown.
  2. Let them rest for 2 minutes, then slice or serve whole.

Notes

Serve warm for the best cheese pull. They pair well with a crisp salad and dipping sauces. Ensure to seal the edges well to prevent leaking.
